We now have the keys for our second Home of Hope; it is a 5-bed house in Baguley in Wythenshawe and will enable us to increase our capacity as a Church to love, support and help those we are seeking to reach who are homeless and vulnerable in our City.
We will be using 4 bedrooms in the new house to support men who live in the house and the fifth bedroom will act as a small office and meeting room for Gary and the volunteers who help at the house.
Thank you to everyone who has given to the purchase of this new house over the last year through our breakthrough offering and also through regular giving to all we are doing with Homes of Hope as a Church.
It’s been amazing to have members of King’s Church coming and giving their time to be a part of getting this house ready for new residents. If you are a tradesman and could help, then do please get in touch with us.
We also have a wish list on Amazon of things that we need to buy to kit the house up ready for use. From beds to towels, please have a look and see if there’s anything that you could buy.
